COVID-19 Latest Update 4/30

Dear Kings Hammer Family,

We would like to provide you with the most up to date information that we have currently received from our respective state associations. Both state associations (OHS & KYSA) are still awaiting updates from the state government on a return to play approach. As you are aware a phased approach has been released from OH and KY, but there is still some confusion regarding youth sports and when return to play guidelines could be introduced. Both associations have been working hard to seek further clarity.

Kings Hammer is realistic that at this stage, we would be looking at some modified opportunities to return, which we would only consider if we felt it was safe and productive for all involved. Once we hear more from the governments and state associations we will make a determination and communicate that with you.

The club is currently working on an account approach for families and will have this policy released as soon as we have more definitive information. While we are still hopeful that we can provide some type of spring/summer training, we do want to be fair to all of our membership during this difficult time.

State associations have started to plan ahead for the 2020/2021 season with an approach to formation of teams. At this time, we want to make sure that we as a club communicate directly about spring conclusions first. This would be extremely insensitive to comment on next seasons approach until our full membership understood our current plan for the spring. At the appropriate time, we will communicate our club's plan on formation of teams for next season. Many of our staff have been working diligently to form a very fair and efficient approach but the timing of this information has to be right.

We hope the above information is helpful at this time. We will be in touch with more specific information and updates.

We greatly appreciate your patience over the last 2 months. We fully understand that this is a very difficult and challenging time for everyone involved.

Stay safe and healthy!

Kings Hammer Soccer Club
