Kings Hammer Goalkeepers Union
The Kings Hammer GK Union was created to provide goalkeepers in the Cincinnati and Ohio Valley Region a preeminent goalkeeper training and educational environment. The Union will build upon the concept of a team within a team that is prevalent within the soccer and goalkeeping communities worldwide.

The long-term vision of the Kings Hammer GKU is to create a destination for GKs that is FUN, COOPERATIVE and COMPETITIVE and that betters all GKs who join. We want former Kings Hammer GKs to return home during the off-season from college or pro environments to train, coach our current GKs, and one day return to work within the club.

GK UNION SAVE OF THE MONTH AND AUBREY KINGSBURY SAVE OF THE YEAR AWARD
Save of the Month
Each month, goalkeepers from across the club have the opportunity to submit their best saves from their Kings Hammer matches on our GK Union facebook page. At the end of each month, our National Director of Goalkeeping will select 2 participants, one boy and one girl, as the Kings Hammer GK Union Save of the Month winners.
To enter your saves for a chance to be named our Save of the Month winner, goalkeepers from across the club should start by joining the Kings Hammer GK Union facebook page. You can upload your save videos to this page with your name, your team name and where the save took place. The save must have been made while competing for their Kings Hammer team. Monthly winners will be posted on the Kings Hammer newsletters and on the GK Union Facebook page.
Aubrey Kingsbury Save of the Year Award
In the spring of 2022, Kings Hammer introduced the Aubrey Kingsbury Save of the Year Award. In launching this program, we have partnered with Kings Hammer alumna Aubrey (Bledsoe) Kingsbury of the Washington Spirit and USWNT!
This award is an expansion of our Save of the Month Program that goalkeepers across the club have a chance to earn. The Aubrey Kingsbury Save of the Year will be awarded to one male and one female goalkeeper who is selected from the Save of the Month winners by Aubrey Kingsbury herself! The award winners will have the chance to meet Aubrey via Zoom (potentially in person if the NWSL season allows) to discuss their save and ask her some questions. Other award details to follow. In order to be considered for Save of the Year, GKs must win a Save of Month during the 2024/2025 Season.
