To update credit card information for automatic installments follow the instructions below.
Please note: The RosterPro system does not work well on mobile devices or with Internet Explorer. Please try accessing your account using a home computer with either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
- After you log in to RosterPro, click on "Manage Profile"
- Click on "Manage my user profile via Teamnet"
- Select "My Household"
- Select "Orders"
- Click on the date in the same line that shows your due balance. Please make sure you select the order date for each child if you have multiple players.
- Click on the green "Pay by CC" button (right-hand side) and enter your credit card information. Please note: If you have missed a payment, updating the information will automatically run your card for the missed balance due.
