The deadline to enter the on-field experiences raffle for Kings Hammer Family Night is Friday, June 28th! We’re just a couple short weeks away from our annual Kings Hammer Night with FCC at TQL Stadium on July 13th! COE 3v3 Kickoff Classic is Back this August

Kings Hammer is excited to announce that COE 3v3 Kickoff Classic is back this August! The COE 3v3 Kickoff Classic is a great end of summer 3v3 event for all levels of teams and fun event to help kick off the fall season! Teams will play 3v3 on small-sized fields and can work on 1v1 attacking, spacing, passing, and defensive positioning. Boys teams will play Saturday, August 3rd and Girls Teams will play Sunday, August 4th, so grab some friends and form a team! Already have a team for the fall season? Split your team into several 3v3 teams and enjoy a fun day of 3v3 soccer in the Cincinnati area.

Event Highlights:

• 3v3 Event for teams of ALL levels!
• All teams are guaranteed 4 games
• 24-minute matches with a running clock
• One Day event with teams completing their matches in 3-4 hours
• Max roster size of 6
• Awards for Champions and Finalists in each age division
• Town & Country Sports Complex will serve as the main venue – ALL GAMES ON TURF

Save of the Year

Kings Hammer is excited to announce the 2023-24 season winners of the Aubrey Kingsbury Save of the Year Award! Congratulations to Riley Johnson from KH Pre-ECNL G12 and Brian Meyer from KH ECNL RL B09. Your courage and bravery in the goal did not go unnoticed as you represented the GK Union this season! We had so many great saves from this past year and would like to congratulate everyone that was selected as the monthly winners as well. Here’s to another great season for the GK Union!

KH girls finish strong in USYS Midwest President’s Cup

We want to highlight and congratulate our KHA Cincinnati North G08 team on their awesome performance at USYS Midwest President’s Cup in South Dakota this month! After battling their way through the season and the Ohio President’s Cup, these girls finished in the top of their group at the USYS Midwest President’s Cup, just missing out due to a head-to-head tiebreaker. We are extremely proud of each of you for all of your hard work this season!

KH teams compete in Dallas at Premier SuperCopa

Congratulations to our Kings Hammer teams who were invited to travel to Dallas, TX this month and take part in Premier SuperCopa 2024! Our KH Elite G14 team played hard and made it to the Silver Quarter Finals for their division. Our KH Pre-ECNL B13 team finished as the U11 Boys Bronze Finalist. Congrats again to both teams, we are so proud of each of you and all of your hard work!

KH teams take on Kentucky State tournaments

And the titles just keep coming! Congratulations to our KHA2 Cincinnati South B13 boys on their championship win at the Kentucky Challenge Cup this month. We also want to congratulate our KHA Cincinnati South G12 team on being named finalists in the Kentucky State Cup. What an awesome way to finish up the season!

June Education: Preparing during the summer break

While the calendar is indicating that Summer has just arrived, the reality is the new Fall season will be starting very quickly. For many youth athletes summer may mean a loss of structure to our days; no school, no practices, no formal games, and a loss of some of the development gains made throughout the past season. Summer challenges players to find the balance between much needed rest from a long Spring season, and the need to prepare for the upcoming season. With some simple planning and the right focus, athletes and their families can make great use of the summer weeks to be prepared for the next season.  

Here are a few key areas young athletes can work on this summer:

• NUTRITION
• PLAY
• SOCCER IQ
• GET ON THE BALL
