EVENT FIELD MANAGER (FIELD MARSHAL)
Job Description:
- Oversees set number of fields during the event.
- Maintain visibility around fields and ensure event runs smoothly
- Ensure games stay on schedule
- Reports any medical needs to AT on site
- Collects and reports game scores to HQ
- Interacts with coaches, team managers and assist with any questions they may have
- Other duties as assigned
Responsibilities:
Work schedule: 20-30 hours per event weekend
Preferred Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Creative problem solving
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication and attention to detail
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to travel
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and equipment
