Tryouts Registration Now Open

Kings Hammer Murfreesboro will be hosting tryouts the weeks of April 12th & 27th at Richard Siegel Soccer Complex. Click the links below for more information and to register today!

Kings Hammer Murfreesboro is thrilled to introduce an enhanced player pathway for the 2025/2026 season, designed to provide every athlete with a clear, transparent, and elevated experience. 2025/2026 Elite League Announcements

We’re excited to share the league placements for our 2025/2026 Elite teams!

Our Boys Elite teams will compete in MLS NEXT and the National Academy League (NAL), while our Girls Elite teams will take the field in the Girls Academy Aspire and the National Premier Leagues (NPL).

We’re proud to provide these high-level opportunities for our players as they continue their soccer journey with us. The season can’t come soon enough—we’re ready to get started!

2025/2026 DOCs & Elite Coaches Announced

KHM G12 Academy 1 Qualifies for the NPL Regional Playoffs!

Congratulations to KHM G12 Academy 1 team for clinching their spot in the US Club Soccer NPL Regional Playoffs in North Carolina this summer! What a great way to cap off a tremendous season, ladies! Now let’s bring it in the playoffs!

Kings Hammer Partners with InspireSport

This partnership will provide our players and teams opportunities to travel internationally and connect with the world’s top soccer clubs.

Bash in the Boro

The 2025 Bash in the Boro reached new heights, setting the tone for an unforgettable event! Thanks to all our participating teams for a fantastic event. Our last event for the Spring, Orion Cup will take place May 9th-11th. We look forward to seeing everyone out on the fields!

Big Brother/Big Sister Practice

Earlier this month, Kings Hammer Murfreesboro had our seasonal Big Brother/Big Sister practice. This special training allows some of our older teams to provide mentoring experiences to our younger players, helping to develop a strong culture of success within our club!

We had two great sessions first with our KHM A1 G12 ladies having a fun team building session with our KHM P1 G15 team. They played multiple games focusing on communication skills and problem solving.

Later that evening, our KHM A1 B11 team partner with our KHM P1 B15 team. In a similar session, our older boys helped guide our younger players through similar exercises while also building lasting relationships!

Thanks to Coach Matt, Coach Zach and Coach Nick for organizing this fantastic event! We can’t wait to do it again soon!

Spring Education: Navigating the Stress of Tryout Season

First, a reminder that Kings Hammer players at all levels, and in all programs, are engaged in season-long evaluation. This statement may have been seen previously by many families. It certainly will continue to be stressed, not only during the Tryout and Team Selection period, by throughout a Kings Hammer player’s time with the club.

“Every practice and game are moments for the coach, and other coaches within the program to identify each player’s areas of strength, areas for development, personality traits, and additional characteristics. While the tryout sessions are valuable for comparing new players to our current rosters, and for getting final comparisons between similar KH players, Team Selection decisions will be based on season Player Tracking, Player Report Cards, and Team Depth Charts established throughout the 2024-2025 season. Eighty minutes of a tryout will not outweigh a full year of exposure.“

But, as we head into this years’ tryouts, here are some strong recommendations to keep in mind from Melissa Jacobs with the Good Game.
