TSSA State Cup All-Tournament Teams
After a strong showing at the Tennessee State Soccer Association State Cup, Kings Hammer Murfreesboro is honored to have 13 players named to multiple TSSA State Cup All-Tournament teams. Congratulations to all!

Grassroots Winter Training
Save the date! Join us beginning this January 6 for our 2024 Grassroots Winter Training Program. Offering programming for 5U-10U players, these sessions will focus on introductory techniques followed by small-sided games.

Gatlinburg Season Finale Finalists
Ending the fall 2023 season with a great tournament run! Congratulations to our KHM B11 P1 & KHM G13 P1 teams on finishing as Finalists at the Gatlinburg season finale! Great job to all!
Champions Showcase
Setting the bar high! Our 2023 Champions Showcase brought the fire with some fantastic matches all weekend. Thanks to all the clubs who joined us. We hope to see you back again soon!

Spring Recreational Registration Open
Registration is now open for the 2024 Spring Recreational Season! Little Strikers, TOPSoccer and the Youth Rec League registration is open now. The deadline to register is February 8th and a $50 late fee will begin on January 24th for the Youth Rec League. Click the links below for more information and to register:

December Education: Controlling the Controllables in our Lives
Prior to, during, and even after competition; players, coaches, and spectators focus on the weather, the field conditions, the referee decisions, the other team’s supporters, the behavior of the other team’s players and coaches, even the status of the other team or their prior achievements. All this focus is put on so many things, none of which are under the control of the athlete as they try to perform.
A better, more productive, approach is to focus on those things that are “Controllable”. Here is a recent social media post from world recognized sports psychologist Dan Abrahams that relates to this issue of “controllables”:
Lists of “Controllable” actions, factors, or characteristics are prevalent across numerous platforms, and have been for years. Below is an adaptation that I have found to be very useful.
