Panama City, FL. (December 19, 2025) – Kings Hammer Bay United’s Emerson Weeks Selected for High Performance Player (HPP) Program, joining Kings Hammer Cincinnati B12 NAL Elite Team December 19-21 for the NAL Boys Cup in Bradenton, FL..

Kings Hammer Bay United is proud to announce that 2012 player Emerson Weeks has been selected to participate in Kings Hammer’s High Performance Player (HPP) Program, marking the first HPP placement in the club’s history. Weeks will join the Kings Hammer Cincinnati B12 NAL team, competing alongside players from the Elite group in a cross-club environment designed to challenge and accelerate top-level talent.

The HPP initiative provides players within the Kings Hammer family of club locations unique opportunities to train and compete above traditional club pathways. This can include playing in higher-level leagues or tournaments, training with older age groups, or competing across genders and club locations. The goal is to support and propel players who demonstrate exceptional ability, ambition, and growth potential.

“We are excited and proud that our player Emerson Weeks has earned the opportunity through our HPP program to join our Cincinnati Elite 2012 boys’ team to compete in the annual IMG Academy Cup, this event brings a strong college coach presence, making it an incredible development opportunity for Emerson.”  said Jon Rhoades, Technical Director of Kings Hammer Bay United.

Weeks’ placement into the Cincinnati Elite environment reflects both his individual achievements and the club’s continued investment in a player-centric development model. By accessing elevated training, game environments, and coaching support, Weeks will have the opportunity to test himself against top competition and further accelerate his development pathway.

“At Kings Hammer, our mission is simple: every player, everywhere, deserves the chance to reach their full potential. Emerson’s journey, from Kings Hammer Bay United to competing with our Kings Hammer Cincinnati boys at a national event this December is a perfect example of what makes us unique: meeting players where they are and creating pathways to grow, no matter the level or location. The HPP program will continue to elevate and provide opportunities for all within the club.” added Bronson Gambale, National Technical Director.

As Kings Hammer continues to expand its regional footprint, the HPP program serves as a critical bridge connecting top players to the highest levels of competition available within the club network. Weeks’ inclusion marks an important milestone for Kings Hammer Bay United and sets a precedent for future players to pursue similar opportunities.
