spetty@kingshammer.comThe Kings Hammer philosophy for forming teams is as follows:
Our team forming philosophy revolves around our evaluation process which is tailored to each individual player within our club. Continuously assessing player’s strengths, weaknesses, and developmental needs allows us to determine the most conducive environment for their growth. Through various evaluation methods employed year-round, we meticulously track each player’s progress and tailor action plans accordingly. This could entail providing guest playing opportunities across different tiers within the club, ensuring players are placed where they can thrive and maximize their potential. Our commitment lies in creating personalized pathways that foster both individual and team success.
