Academy (U4-U12)
About
The Academy Program introduces players ages 4-10 to soccer. This stage of soccer development is done in a low pressure environment where individual technical development is the main focus alongside fun games that promote lots of touches of the ball. It will give your player confidence and sets them up for an exciting future in soccer!
Why Academy
The Academy program is focused on Long Term Player Development, introducing players to the game of soccer as well as providing an environment for those players looking for progressive training. Winning is important, but player development is paramount. The program emphasizes individual ball control, general coordination, agility and balance.
Expectations of Academy
- 2 training sessions per week on Monday & Thursday from 5:30-6:45pm
- 8 total weeks per season
- Academy training jersey
- Technical foundation training
- Small sided games
For the 2024/2025 season, Kings Hammer will follow US Youth Soccer guidelines and will organize its teams by birth year. Interested players must register based on their birth year.
Cost/Fees
$115 per season and includes a training jersey
*Effective 4/1/23 a processing fee will be added to all camps, clinics, and events. This fee will show up in PlayMetrics under the title ‘Club Fees’.
